Charles Cole, MS., Envm, Managing Member

Charles is a former USAF Honor Guard Commander and holds an MS. in Environmental Management (with emphasis on Viral & Airborne Pathogens) and an Executive MBA. Charles has personally conducted more than 1,500 inspections with the Texas Department of Environmental Quality. Charles also Chaired the EPA Disaster District 5A Program leading a Professional Team of more than 25 Professionals covering Texas and the Surrounding States and has managed more than 7.5 Billion in Federal Contracts. Charles served as an Indoor Air Quality Expert (IAQ) and Constructability Expert defending Bank of America in pending class action lawsuits and emergency response related to IAQ issues. Charles conducted advanced studies in Microbiology at Texas Tech University under Dr. Allen as a Howard Hughes Scholar.

Neal Speight, M.D., Managing Member

Dr. Speight obtained his undergraduate work in chemistry at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He attended medical school at East Carolina School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of South Carolina-ColumbiaHe is board certified in Family Medicine and has additional training in Metal Toxicology, Nutritional, and Environmental Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine and is the Past President of The American College for the Advancement of Medicine (ACAM). For five years he served as an assistant professor at Capitol University of Integrative Medicine in Washington, DC and has authored several book chapters and a number of articles in the peer-reviewed literature

Arthur V. Martin, Ph.D., Senior Advisory Board Member

Mr. Martin is a graduate of The New England Institute of Technology where he studied HVAC and Refrigeration Engineering Technology. He also attended Bristol Community College and completed programs offered by Northeastern and North Central University. He holds a BS in Environmental Engineering with a Biology concentration and a MSME in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Ph.D. in Engineering Management. Art has acted as a consultant to private companies as well as numerous foreign governments for 40+ years. He has personally conducted in excess of 4,000 building environmental pathogen assessments and lectured in over 16 countries. His expertise designing clean rooms for hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturers spans the globe. He is considered one of the worlds leading experts on controlling the spread of pathogenic bio-aerosols in buildings. His global expertise and collaboration with traditional and oriental drug researchers have led him to develop an organic, broad spectrum anti-pathogenic solution effective against more than 170 fungi, bacteria, yeasts and viruses.

Patrick C. Melder, MD

Dr. Melder is a native of Texas. He obtained undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry at Houston Baptist University in Houston, Tx. Dr. Melder attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. Dr. Melder completed a surgical internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX and then complete his Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. After training, Dr. Melder became a staff surgeon at Walter Reed and an associate program director the National Capital Consortium Otolaryngology Training Program. Dr. Melder later became Chief, Otolaryngology at Walter Reed. Dr. Melder served on active duty for 13 years and left activeduty to pursue a private practice career. As an entrepreneur he has invented, developed, marketed and sold products and has successfully raised millions of dollars in the process. He has consulted with and licensed medical device technologies to top-tier medical device companies. His current company (Ideoto, LLC) and brand CleanWash Health) is a number one product in its niche and have been used millions of times by patients all of the world.

Dato’ Dr. Rajen M.

Dato’ Dr. Rajen Manicka is the Founder and CEO of Holista CollTech Ltd (“Holista”), a research-driven biotech company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:HCT) that has extensive operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Holista engages in R&D, manufacturing and marketing ofhealth-style products to address the growing and ever-evolving needs of natural medicine, with a focus on dietary supplements, healthy food ingredients and sheep (ovine) collagen. Dr Rajen Manicka obtained his Bachelor of Pharmacy from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Peggy Tang, Ph.D

Peggy is the Founder/Chairman and CEO of Tianjin Pioneer Science&Technology Development, Inc., Tianjin, China who introduced a disinfectant that is plant based citrus extract from the US into China. This product has been tested on over 170 types of fungi, bacteria, and viruses which showed strong anti-pathogenetic properties. Conducted product application development, registration in China, organized OEM manufacturing arrangements; Formed JV company with GICC, LLC, inventor of the concentrate.

ROSCOE M. MOORE, JR., D.V.M., Ph.D., D.Sc. Former Assistant United States Surgeon General and Rear Admiral, United States Public Health Service (Retired)

Until his retirement, Dr. Roscoe M. Moore, Jr. served with the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and was for the last twelve years of his career the principal person responsible for global development support within the Office of the Secretary, HHS, with primary emphasis on Continental Africa and other less developed countries of the world (e.g., Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam).


Kevin M. Martin, Logistics and Operations

Kevin holds a BS from Appalachian State University as well as an MS and EdS from Florida State University. He has personally conducted in excess of 2,500 building bio-aerosol assessments including numerous medical facilities and is a specialist in identifying water intrusion issues. Kevin’s duties also include a review of distributor applications, contract review and structuring of pricing to meet regional and global requirements. He is the lead investigator on issues related to chemical contamination.

Arlene C. Alegre

ARLENE holds a BS degree in Agriculture with a Major in Plant Pathology and a specialization in Phytobacteriology from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños, Laguna. She took her Master’s degree in Plant Protection major in Plant Pathology as well as her Doctor of Philosophy in Plant Science Major in Horticulture from the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture.

Michael Berg, Ph.D.

Michael joined EMLab P&K in 2005 and worked as Department Manager and Technical Director before taking the position of Regional Director. He holds a Ph.D. in Biology from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany. Dr. Berg researched plant pathology and plant genetics as a postdoctoral fellow at Oklahoma State University. He also worked in fungicide research for BASF in Germany. Dr. Berg has published his work in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international meetings.
