Charles Cole, MS., Envm, Managing Member
Charles is a former USAF Honor Guard Commander and holds an MS. in Environmental Management (with emphasis on Viral & Airborne Pathogens) and an Executive MBA. Charles has personally conducted more than 1,500 inspections with the Texas Department of Environmental Quality. Charles also Chaired the EPA Disaster District 5A Program leading a Professional Team of more than 25 Professionals covering Texas and the Surrounding States and has managed more than 7.5 Billion in Federal Contracts. Charles served as an Indoor Air Quality Expert (IAQ) and Constructability Expert defending Bank of America in pending class action lawsuits and emergency response related to IAQ issues. Charles conducted advanced studies in Microbiology at Texas Tech University under Dr. Allen as a Howard Hughes Scholar.
Neal Speight, M.D., Managing Member
Dr. Speight obtained his undergraduate work in chemistry at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He attended medical school at East Carolina School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of South Carolina-ColumbiaHe is board certified in Family Medicine and has additional training in Metal Toxicology, Nutritional, and Environmental Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine and is the Past President of The American College for the Advancement of Medicine (ACAM). For five years he served as an assistant professor at Capitol University of Integrative Medicine in Washington, DC and has authored several book chapters and a number of articles in the peer-reviewed literature
Patrick C. Melder, MD
Dr. Melder is a native of Texas. He obtained undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry at Houston Baptist University in Houston, Tx. Dr. Melder attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. Dr. Melder completed a surgical internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX and then complete his Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. After training, Dr. Melder became a staff surgeon at Walter Reed and an associate program director the National Capital Consortium Otolaryngology Training Program. Dr. Melder later became Chief, Otolaryngology at Walter Reed. Dr. Melder served on active duty for 13 years and left activeduty to pursue a private practice career. As an entrepreneur he has invented, developed, marketed and sold products and has successfully raised millions of dollars in the process. He has consulted with and licensed medical device technologies to top-tier medical device companies. His current company (Ideoto, LLC) and brand CleanWash Health) is a number one product in its niche and have been used millions of times by patients all of the world.
