What Regulatory Registrations Are Required?

On January 12, 2015, prior to this ruling, “Path-Away Anti-Pathogenic Aerosol Solution” was already declared “exempt from registration” by qualifying as a minimum risk pesticide as defined under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) section 25(b), outlined in title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), section 152.25, and in title 3, California Code of Regulations section 6147.
